The Research Coordinator will support collaborations with leading national education organizations who are members of the Building Equitable Learning Network , the Student Experience Project , or Gates Foundation Networks for School Improvement to learn about the experiences of students they serve. For example, the Research Coordinator may collect and analyze data and contribute to written reports to help educators create more equitable experiences for their students. The role is a full time, non-exempt, remote position reporting to the Director of Research, at the starting rate of $28 to $36 per hour ($60,000- $75,000 annually), depending on experience and the local cost of living. The New York Botanical Garden’s Adult Education Department seeks knowledgeable, enthusiastic instructors to teach in the largest, most diverse education program of any botanical garden in the world. We offer more than 700 classes, workshops, and lectures each year in our facilities at the Garden and our Midtown Education Center, as well as online, in the following areas: Botany, Floral Design, Gardening, Horticulture, Landscape Design, and Urban Ecology.
