Position Summary: The Enrollment Manager will promote the College of Menominee Nation's mission,
develop relationships and correspond with prospective students, coordinate advertising and social
media campaigns, assist in building and managing admission and recruitment strategies, and
relationships with our college partner, local schools and community-based organizations across the

Position Responsibilities & Duties:
 Provide overall leadership, vision, and supervision to Recruitment and Admissions teams
 Manage a rigorous outreach and admissions process throughout its entire life-cycle, ensuring
targets and benchmarks for recruitment and admissions are achieved each cycle
 Develop and implement new student outreach strategies, campus visit event implementation, and
one-to-one, a mechanism that permits systematic communication and follow-up to prospective students and applicants
 Assist with institutional cross-functional Strategic Enrollment Management in the development
of recruitment goals, planning, and implementation to appropriately manage enrollments
 Develop and implement effective recruitment and admissions materials for various college
programs and target markets
 Work with College faculty and staff to learn program requirements, changes and updates to strengthen recruitment of students
 Develop effective systems for tracking the weekly progress towards admission and recruitment-related goals
 Develop and coordinate the planning and implementation of all recruitment and admissions
activities, programs, and services
 Ensure optimal use of Student Information Data Base System
 Create and oversee social media campaigns to target potential candidates
 Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partner organizations to sustain a pipeline of candidates with a focus on mutually beneficial long-term partnerships
 Demonstrate expert knowledge of college offerings, programs, and degrees
 Analyzes enrollment trends and modifies activities as necessary
 Manage data to design and produce regular reports that track, document and measure recruitment
and admission results
 Make appropriate recommendations for future initiatives based on program needs
 Develop sales strategy for the College’s recruitment and admissions activities
 Maximizes recruiting and admissions operations by using modern, state of the art recruiting
and admissions technologies

 Bachelors degree required
 2-5 years of professional experience preferred, preferably in admissions and recruitment,
partnership development, or a combination of such experience
 2-5 years of supervisory experience
 Effective communication/public speaking skills, and the ability to connect quickly and
authentically with people from a variety of different professional and cultural backgrounds
 Experience, connections or a deep understanding of working within the local market and
higher-education system
 Strong work ethic and positive attitude, with a willingness to be flexible
 Professional and resourceful style with the ability to work independently, part of a team, and
on committees
 Evidence of cultural sensitivity in past employment and life experiences
 Must be able to work evenings and weekends
 Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, keyboarding, and database management
 Ability to develop and manage budgets
 Strong technical aptitude (Google Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint, EMPOWER etc), project
management, and organizational skills with detailed follow-through abilities
 Periodic travel between CMN Campuses
 Position requires a valid driver's license and good driving record
