The William Newman Department of Real Estate is seeking applicants for a tenure track Assistant Professor position starting Fall 2025.

The successful candidate will engage in high quality scholarly research and publish their work in top-tier academic journals and teach a variety of basic and advanced real estate courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range: $179,156-$230,000 in combined public and private funds. Commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a closely related discipline. Successful candidates should possess a demonstrated ability to conduct high-quality scholarly research and publication, outstanding teaching skills, and a willingness to participate in the growing Real Estate programs at Baruch actively.
