The Information & Outreach Manager supports the continued effectiveness of AIANTA programs by collaborating closely to develop and deliver monitoring and evaluation instruments for qualitative and quantitative analysis. The Manager manages contacts, membership and engagement with AIANTA programs; gathers impact stories of outreach and successful awards; and tracks outputs and outcomes in data management systems to ensure program progress is well documented. The Manager is responsible for the management of databases and data integration from AIANTA’s destination website NativeAmerica.travel.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position holds a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business or Public Administration, Project Management, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project/program management and information technology.
The candidate should demonstrate a strong background in and exhibit proficiency in Microsoft products and data programs. Flexibility in schedule to accommodate training and travel, and effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are essential. The candidate should have a basic understanding and respect for tribal customs, traditions, values and beliefs, along with a strong work ethic, initiative, organizational skills and attention to detail.
