Job Description

Colorado State University is accepting applications for International Admissions Counselors. Within the IEC, the International Admissions Counselor position offers a unique opportunity to engage with aspiring students worldwide, guiding them through the application process with passion and expertise. As the primary contact for students and families, this position will provide comprehensive support and guidance through the application, admission, and immigration processes. Whether communicating via email, phone, or in person, the Counselor will serve as the bridge for prospective students hoping to enroll at CSU. Leveraging systems like Slate, Banner, Sunapsis, and Microsoft Office Suite, the position will streamline operations to minimize wait times and ensure a seamless experience for every applicant. The Counselor will liaise with International Student & Scholar Services immigration advisors, Office of Admissions processing staff, and campus partners to advocate for international student enrollment objectives. This is a full-time administrative professional position reporting to the International Admissions Manager.

Salary: $49,000-$50,000; salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
