This position is responsible for ensuring the success of a pilot program to support outreach, engagement, technical assistance and training and support for the development of revised Pacific Northwest Trail (PNT) trail markers. This project provides a unique opportunity for engagement with historic and current Native Nations and communities associated with the PNT. To be successful in this role, you will bring excellent communication, administrative, and technical skills as well as the ability to interface professionally with partners.

For nearly two decades, the American Indian Alaska Native Tourism Association (AIANTA) has served as the national voice for American Indian nations engaged in cultural tourism. In addition to serving as the voice for Indian Country tourism, AIANTA provides technical assistance and training to Tribal nations and Native-owned enterprises engaged in tourism, hospitality and recreation.
